Our sessions are YOUR sessions. They're safe, nonjudgmental and confidential. Our sessions can be gentle or more challenging, depending upon your preference.
Deciding on a package
Obviously, you'll first want to consider what works best for you financially. The majority of people need more than one session in order for coaching to be effective (how will you be held accountable?) so I only offer one time sessions under certain circumstances.
When deciding on a package option, think about everything that you want to achieve... How much change do you want to make? How far do you want to go? How much accountability do you need?
We will work together to develop a time that works best for both the client (you) and the coach (yours truly).
If your sessions are weekly, we'll schedule a consistent time/day for the duration of your package unless something comes up for one of us that should cause for intermediate rescheduling or an overall modification. E.g. Every Tuesday @ 7:15 pm
If your sessions are monthly, we will schedule the next session at the conclusion of each session for the duration of your package.
What you need for coaching
During coaching sessions you should be in a quiet, private space where you will not be interrupted. Remember, this is YOUR time and YOUR session, so I encourage you to be completely present in the moment by avoiding distractions.
You may also need something for note-taking and a calendar for scheduling.
Support in between sessions
During our first couple of sessions, you will receive a bit of information from me for you to look at beforehand, so that our coaching sessions are used most efficiently.
In between sessions, you are also free to email me as much as you wish with thoughts, questions and updates. I respond to all emails within 1 business day.
10 minute "emergency calls" are rare but also supported.
